What is a threshold bar?
A threshold bar is a piece of wood or artificial material that has been designed to fit within a doorway. The threshold bar, also referred to as a T bar, sits within the doorway to create a seamless join between two different rooms. Threshold bars can be used in conjunction with a wide range of flooring materials, and can be used to join different types of flooring materials, or to create a seamless flow with the same type of flooring material.
