White in colour and flexible, this Latex Plus from Mapei is an elasticising latex. It is best combined with Keraquick Maxi S1 and, in turn, creates a quality adhesive that is highly deformable, slip-resistant and sets quickly in two to three hours (class C2FT S2 according to EN12004).
Latex Plus also makes a fantastic admixture for Nivorapid and makes a compound that achieves strong bonds, deformability and ultra-fast cementitious levelling.
Perfect for application in areas that are prone to movement, you can utilise this Latex Plus for plywood floors and underfloor heating. It is also extremely useful for enhancing the durability of tiles, balconies and terraces that are already formed.
Latex Plus is compatible with various internal and external projects. The product fixes granite, ceramic, marble, glass, limestone, slate, no more ply boards, quartz and porcelain. The 6kg bottle comes with a 25-year guarantee.
